The Shelbourne in St Stephen's Green....walking distance to Temple Bar.

I stayed at the Fitzwilliam and thought it was amazing. Great location, short walk from Temple Bar, beautiful hotel. You may not want to stay in Temple Bar - it reminds me of college bars - it's loud most of the night, very touristy. It's great to hang out in, but I wouldn't want to stay in the middle of it.

My friend stayed at Fitzwilliam too and she also said it was amazing. That the hotel itself is modern and beautiful and it was in a great location, right in the city center, if you want to stay in a more rural place check out the Radisson SAS St. Helen's. Its an amazing castle and only 20min away from Temple Bar!
