I am really considering having breast implants, and I am going for a consultation on the 15th with one doctor, but I would love to hear from ladies who have had it done themselves, or know someone who did. I have been wanting to do this for so long, but never had the money or the courage to actually do it! Thanks in advance for any answers!

Dr. Nolan Karp at NYU Med Cetner will do my reduction (if I get approved from my health insurance). He does implants too, I think. He is excellent!

Dr. Pamela Gallagher with L.I. Plastic Surgical Group. They have an office in Garden City and Islip (can't remember if it's east, west or central). She's great, amazing bed-side manner!! Her group are the official plastic surgeons for the NY Islanders.... FM me if you want more info or her number.
I hope this isn't out of line, but didn't you just call off your wedding? Are you sure you are up for such a serious decision? Again, no offense meant so please don't take it that way.

WC I'm not offended. Actually, calling off my wedding is what is allowing me to do this. I have been wanting to do this since I am 15 years old, and now that I can do what I want to do and am not paying for a wedding, I am going to go ahead with it (I think ) I am going to go for the consultation, and see how I feel about it then. Maybe I will change my mind, but I doubt it.

A very good friend of mine had her's implants done by
I picked her up from one of her surgeries (she had tummy tuck, lipo, breast implants...she said that after her second child, she just couldn't get her body back),
and he has Playboy Playmates, autographed pics saying, 'thanks Dr. Jacobs for the new body, etc....he is one of the main MDs that Playboy sends their girls for implants. My girlfriend looks amazing, and they're not fake looking, she wanted them to look very natural...and they do!
