It has to be hypo-allergenic. I can never find a really nice one.

I think Duane Reade carries one by Revlon, I think is it HPA, check it out, its only $6

I use a bobby brown one when I do wear it. It glides right on. Not sure if it is hypoallergenic though. What about clinique? aren't they hypoallergenic? Or almay??
I really like Estee Lauder's refillable...the first one is $22...but then refills are $11

My Maybelline one has held the test of time! It's the best black and goes on smoothly. And it's cheap!!!! If you like to spend a little more $$$, Lancome is really good too.

Almay makes a good liquid liner. Also Clinque is good.
