I've never done it and I would like to get a DVD to do at home? Which one? Windsor Pilates? I keep seeing ads for different ones and I don't know where to start. Any suggestions? Do they really work at home?

Winsor Pilates is great! It's easy to follow and has good modifications depending on your fitness level. I have the basic DVD (25-min. workout) plus the ones for abs, legs, and a longer workout.
I rotate them during the week and do the longer workout on the weekends.

I bought the Windsor DVD's before the wedding and they're still in the box. They definitely don't work too good that way, but I'm motivated now to start using them. I hear they're great.
