If we get this house -- we have a very expensive SICK tree in front of our house and I want to save him :(
Thanks!

Re: Can anyone recommend a TREE DOCTOR?
If the tree is infected by the Asian Longhorn Beetle, there is nothing you can do to save it and it will have to be removed. If that is the case, check with the town to see if they will remove it free of charge. They should, as it is of major concern on Long Island right now. FI is in landscaping and he's obsessed about it

Re: Can anyone recommend a TREE DOCTOR?
I think it looks completely bare. It's not just one beetle either I believe, I think it's LOADS of them! FH thinks a tree in the house we're buying is affected by it as it has no leaves yet and it should have by now.

Yeah....half the tree is blooming..half the tree isn't...my mom said in certain sections you could pick the bark off....I'm so sad - my brother says that the tree is a really valuable tree!!

Do you know what kind of tree it is? When you say blooming, do you mean leaves or flowers?
