Can anyone share their excel guest list template with me?

I have one that I Downloaded from Microsoft- but I'm not loving it.

Anyone have a good system to keep everything organized?

Thanks!

I tried to attach mine to an FM for you and it wouldn't let me.

Mine excel template is from the BBB website, the columns are:
Salutation
First Name
Last Name
Is Primary Person
Is Child ( Y / N )
Address 1
Address 2
City
State
Postal Code
Country Home Phone
Work Phone
Mobile Phone
Email Address
