Can anyone tell me about proline studios Please

My best friend used them and they were great. However, she had a problem with her digital pix (the memory card got damaged somehow) and all of her pix taken at her house were destroyed. They were tremendously accomodating about the situation. All of her friends and family that took pictures gave them to the photog and he digitally enhanced them and inlcuded them in the album.

Her album is beautiful and she is very happy with it. When I spoke to her about it, she said she would still recommend them based on the way they handled themselves when this happened and because she LOVES her pix.

A few weeks ago my mom's coworker mentioned them to me as well, she used them for her wedding and was very pleased.

I guess you can't control everything but it certainly makes it easier to work with when the vendor has integrity.

I have Booked Proline for Photography. The following is my experience with them hopefully it helps.

To be honest we didn't even want to visit proline because of the video they sent us in the mail. There was just something about the video that we didn't like. Proline is a recommended vendor at our RH but we just felt looking at the stuff they sent us and their website that we wouldn't like them. We went to 4 other photographers at fist, all in one day and fell in love with one. We went to sign with the one we fell in love with (the check was made out) but we saw something in the contract that was never discussed with us. Basically what they showed us and told us we were getting was different than what the contract said. After being disgusted by this experience we decided to see a few more photographers. The last one we went to was proline. We met with Ed and all I can say about him is that we felt 100% comfortable with him. It didn't seem that he was trying to sell us; he was down to earth and a pleasure to talk to. Plus the package he/we worked out with him was way below everyone else we saw. FH actually had to ask Ed about video and it seemed that he didn’t even want to sell us their video. My sister who is getting married 3 weeks after us just booked proline last week. We did research on proline on LIW and there are some mixed reviews but for the most part they get good ones.
