that looks like the bridal salon in Macy's Lake Grove, I just bought my dress from there yesterday.
The only designer they carry is Demetrios.

It is definitely a Demetrios dress (an LIW bride ordered it in all white and was unhappy and wished she had ordered the champagne sash as shown).

That definitely looks like Macy's Bridal Salon by Demetrios in Smithhaven Mall. I am going to say the dress is made by Demetrios? But, I am not really sure.

My friend just bought a wedding dress almost identical to this and it was a Maggie Sottero. However, it does look alot like the pic that someone posted.
