I am having alot of trouble with my cake. My color scheme of my flowers is white and ivory. The cake that I picked is all white with these fancy scribbles on it. I was wondering if the baker could make the buttercream ivory with white designs. Is anyone having colored frosting?

Yes, buttercream can be colored with food coloring.

It depends on the shade of ivory...if it's bone white, like an off white, I think it would look awesome with bright white scribbles. If it's a yellowish ivory I'm not sure. Do you have a pic?
This is an ivory cake and I think it looks amazing...

was this your cake? It is beautiful. My cake has the same design as the top with the squiggles on it. It is not square but round and I think it has 3 layers.

That is really nice. What did you have inside and what type of frosting? Did you pay extra for the cake or was that included?

Thank you! It was yummy too!
It was buttercream frosting with chocolate mousse and raspberry filling and it tasted delicious!
It was included...I did not have to pay extra. I gave them the pic the week before and they made it to my specs even though I only had 100 guests.
