Do what you want to do! I can't keep a secret for sh*t, re: gifts, etc....so I knew from the start that there was NO WAY I'd be able to go a whole year without showing him a pic. of my dress.

He got tears in his eyes, it's such a wonderful memory.

I want to show him, but he won't look. He sais it is bad uck. He's so cute, but its not like you can tell from the picture what it will look like on. If that were the case we all would have had our dresses before ever stepping foot in a dress store. What fun would that be?

As much as I want to tell FH what it looks like (I don't have a picture since I just ordered it the other day from a trunk show), I would like him to be totally surprised when he sees me on our wedding day. But I did tell him that it was white

The woman at Kleinfeld actually told me 'Don't you dare tell your fiance what this dress looks like!' Actually she told me to give him a description of the opposite.

I want to keep him in suspense till the day of the wedding. It's fun. I keep saying things about the dress that are the exact opposite of what my dress really is!

I have been doing that. Giving him the total opposite. I even have pictures of dresses hanging up that look nothing like mine. Just hopefully he will be pleasantly surprised and not like 'dang, I wish it was the other one'

Nope, he's not allowed though I think everybody else on the planet has seen a picture of my dress! All he knows is that it is not strapless (i figured let me dissapoint him upfront since I think he would have liked strapless) and that there is sterling silver beading on the bodice. But, that's it!

It was my screensaver.

However, on Saturday I tried teh dress on and with my 10 lb weight loss, it fit perfectly. I took pictures and I dropped them off at Gevovese. I asked him to please pick them up but don't look at them. He said he couldn't resist, so I have to pick them up myself.

There is one thing with him seeing teh dress, it's another thing to have him see you WEARING the dress. That he will need to wait until our wedding day.

NOPE, not at all! My FH is very serious about not having any clue what I look like until I walk down the aisle. I've been telling him I have an 16 foot diameter bouf attachment to a white miniskirt, which I will wear with thigh-high white leather boots with fringe on them. He's not buying it
