what is the difference between a topic that is (NWR) not wedding related and a topic that is (OT) off the topic of weddings?

or is OT another name for Drama Board?

ETA: nevermind, I just answered my own question by going over there and checking it out.

You aren't the first to ask but I love calling it drama board.

The Off Topic board is apparently for threads that young flower girls should not see - one involving sex, politics or colorful language.
