Can I BEAT Him?!?!?!

MEN!!

So I'm trying to get our STD's ready for mailing. My FI has been giving me great input with these and I have gone with A LOT of his suggestions.

We made magnets and are putting them in folded cardstock cards (4x5). Anyways, I want to use a black ribbon to attach to the card so it closes and looks nice.

OH NO.....that's not going to work!! We can't waste money on ribbon!!! God forbid! We can just glue them shut!!!!! WHAT!!!!! Did I just hear you right?? G-L-U-E them shut!!!! We can spend $XXXX amount of money on an open bar but we can't spend the money on ribbon??????

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

He reminds me of my dad when I was growing up when he used orange duct tape on everything!!!!

Gotta love him!!

I feel your pain! My STD's caused me so much drama but look at it this way, you have already gathered all of the addresses way in advance!

I never even discussed stuff like that with DH while planning the wedding. I just went ahead and did it. In fact, most of the DIY stuff he saw for the first time on Sunday, at the wedding!!

You asked?? I don't ask. I just say what do you think of this? And then do what I want anyway. Then I show him and he says..that's really nice, i'm glad I thought of that! So I give him props...it makes him happy!
