Can I just vent a little....

My FMIL moved upstate and when she comes to visit she brings her dog. They bring the dog everywhere. She's not staying here this weekend but she is staying at her friends. Her friend said that she couldn't have the dog in the house bc her son is allergic. Since FH's brother lives in an apartment upstairs- she leaves the dog up there in a kennel bc FH's brother went out for the night.

THIS FRIGGIN' DOG HAS BEEN BARKING FOR 2 HOURS STRAIGHT!!!!!

She wants to bring the dog with her the day of the wedding. I told her to put the dog in a kennel. The dog pees all over the place. I have a cat and honestly, I don't want it peeing on the rugs that cost me $300.00 to have cleaned bc the dog peed on them in the first place.

I WISH IT WOULD SHUT UP!!!!

I love animals! Don't get me wrong. I know it's not the animals fault that FMIL dosen't have the d@mned thing trained!

Thanks Ladies!!!

She wants to BRING the dog with her to your wedding?!? That's kind of rude of her to just say that and not ask.

I would be going crazy if I had to listen to that barking 2 hours straight, especially if it wasn't even my dog!

Sorry you have to deal with that!

Hi: U have the right to vent. She must leave the dog at the kennell. There's just way too much stress.....Tell your FH to tell her too.. HOpe all is well.

Just tell her, of course, I'll take care of the dog for you on the weekend of my wedding, I don't have too much to do....

then bring the f@#$ing dog to the kennel yourself.

Best $75 you'll ever spend!

Re: Can I just vent a little....

a friend did that to me, well a friend of a friend. she fropped her dog off at our place (after saying she was coming over to hang out, but then just left) and the thing didn't shut up for HOURS. don't get me wrong, i am the biggest do person ever and i felt terrible for it (obvioud seperation anxiety) but i had to get up at 6am and it didn't shut up EVER. after a few hours, fh had to take it out to the car at 5am and sit with it until the girl showed up. it finally fell asleep to the air conditioning. then she shows up and had the nerve to b!tch at him b/c they 'could have gotten carbon monoxide poisoning.' yeah...

anyways, just wanted to say i feel your pain. is there a doggy day care around maybe she could invest in?

I would let your FH tell her no dog the day of the wedding. We want our dogs there for pictures but after that-they have to stay home. Unfortunately.
