should I freeze it or would it be ok to just leave it in the fridge?

I think it would be fine if you just left in the fridge.

I wouldn't cook it fully and then I'd freeze it. If you cook it the whole way and then leave it in the fridge, it'll get dry. I'd make it, cook it about 2/3 of the way and then freeze it. That way Saturday, you just have to cook it the rest of the way (after you take it out with enough time to thaw it of course).

I agree with eogara, but it really depends, are you a 'sauce is better the next day' person, or not?
I am a 'sauce is DISGUSTING' the next day person

I would make it, put it together and not bake it at all, just put it in the fridge. Then when you are ready Saturday, put it in the oven.

I agree, don't bake it at all, but make sure you cover it....top it with the sauce and cheese before you pop it in the oven, and try to let it get to room temp. before you bake it, or the top will burn and the middle will be cold...can you tell I love to cook?
