Can I play, too?
Technically, I don't really weigh enough to 'lose' weight. However, age has brought some changes to my body and almost NONE of my clothes fit the way they should.I have started to exercise again. And I need support in getting myself in shape before the wedding, becuase I really can't affors to buy an entire wardrobe for the HM and I am afraid that my summer clothes will make me sad if I don't get cracking
So can I play even though I am not on WW? If it helps, I cook out of WW cookbooks a few times a week becuase I like to make healthy, yummy food. Just had a spinach, avocado, cheese and jalapeno quesadilla. 4pts
If you don't have the cookbooks, I highly recommend them.

Re: Can I play, too?
Becky- I am the same as you, I don't have to lose weight, I just want to tone up and get into better shape.I was so good working out before my wedding and now I am having a really hard time getting back into it since I get married. I would w/o in the morning and now it is so hard for me to get out of bed at 5 am while my DH is all cozy and sleeping.
I really want to eat better, drink more water and tone up!!! I am going away in march and I want to look good in my bikini, so I have to get started right away!!!!
So I think my point is I want to join to

Re: Can I play, too?
Hi ladies. Here is the recipe -Pepper Jack Cheese and Spinach Quesadillas
1/2 cup acocado (one acocado)
1 tbls lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
4 (8 in.) reduced fat flour tortillas
1 (10oz.) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 tbls sliced pickled jalapenos, drained
2 tbls cilantro
1/4 lb. (about 1 cup) reduced-fat MontereyJack cheese, shredded
Put the avocado, lime juice, and salt into a bowl; mash with a fork. Over one half of each tortilla spread about 1/4 of the avocado mixture, 1/4 of the spinach, 1 1/2 tsp of jalapeno, 1 1/2 tsp of cilantro, and 1/4 cup of cheese. Fold the bare half of each tortilla over the filling.
Heat a dry, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Two at a time, heat the quesadillas in the skillet until the cheese melts and the tortillas are slightly browned, about three minutes on each side.
They are each 4 pts.
I made them over the weekend and one for lunch a few days at work. We have a toaster oven in the office and it was really convenient to reheat it in there and eat it at my desk.
