Thought of this in my sleep but I don't know if it is in bad taste. Then I thought maybe I should put it on just so I get the 20% discount if no one buys it.
Did anyone put a BBQ on their registry? Any advice?

That would be a good thing for your BP to buy you. Not sure what store would let you put that on the registry though

Ok I think I answered my own question!
The grills at Fortunoff are between $500 - $2000 . I had no idea they were so expensive!
I'm not going to put one on. It would be the most expensive thing on there!

I agree they can be expensive, but you may get it..if not from one person...a few can chip in! If it is something you want, do it...It cant hurt!

I put our $1200 grill on our Fortunoff registry. I ended up buying it myself but I saw no reason not to put it on ...

I would put it on. I received all of the most expensive gifts on my registry. A lot of people like to go in together on a gift and that is perfect. I have a friend who registered at Home Depot for things like a lawn mower. It's a great idea.

I say go for it! If no one buys it, you can always get it yourself at a discount.

Got for it. I wanted a patio set and I asked my MOH and Mom to think about getting it for me. They did

My cousin registered at Sears and they registered for a BBQ. It was like a thousand dollars.

we were going to put one on but then decided we would rather have the george foreman bbq grill.. and it was only 70 bucks so we put it on.
i'm thinking of buying it for FH for his birthday.. cause i know he REALLY wants it plus he'll have the excitement of it actually being bought off the registry lol
