Ours just said, Please join us for the wedding rehearsal with the time date and place, and then under that it said, Reharsal luncheon following at: and the time and place. I printed them up on little cards that looked like our invataions.

(it's at Dave & Buster's, hence the games)
Ours is really just a get together for immediate family, not so much a 'rehearsal'.
