I actually gave my SIL this as a gift....her maternity shoot is on Shira's blog (Tanya's Maternity Shoot)
HIGHLY recommend Shira, she mailed me a beautiful certificate to present and was super professional. I want to say it was around $200-$300. Will vary with what options you choose.
