I'm only 6 weeks pregnant, have my first 'real' doctors visit next week. Yesterday and today I have the worst sinus type headache and am afraid to take anything, but it's getting pretty unbearable. Is there anything that is safe to take? If there isn't, I will just suffer with it. Thanks.

Tylenol yes...but be careful of how much you take.. also sudafed also cause HBP so be careful how much you take
