Re: Can I travel with Wine?

YEs i did...we went on a cruise and we had one of those wine holders (Lands End) with two glasses...so we took out the glasses and took two bottles of wine with me (cruises are expensive)...they checked it at the airport...the guy was like this is cool..and the cruiseship...no problems whatsoever....

And my FH just went on a plane ride to vegas and his BM brought one of those isulated coolers and brought beer on the plane and they did not mind. THey only mind if they think you are getting drunk...

If you put it in your luggage, they won't take it out if you check it...however make sure you put like two plastic bags over it because if something should happen you don't want it all over your stuff.

I definitely travelled back from Israel with wine in my luggage, with no problems.

Wow, good to know. I didn't think that you could.

We packed 3 bottles each in our luggage on the way back from Napa and we each brought 6 wine bottles in a case as our carry-on.

I don't see why not. I brought wine back into the country from Paris, I'm sure you can bring it out of the country as well.

Im not sure about wine. But my dad tried to come home with 2 bottles of rum that he bought on his cruise and the airport in Florida took it away and wouldn't even send it to him cause it is flamible!
