Can i vent please?????? im allowed the wedding is 5 days away!!! lol

..alright..so since i decided to do the small wedding all my fds are M'I'A..not that i want them to be with me every 5 mins..and be excited for me like i am for myself.....noone cares at all...
i was expecting at least go out all together for dinner just us girls...but noone even thinks of that...even the girl who is my maid of honor....i mean i feel like noone gives a $hit...it pisses me off..coz i always do everything for everyone..but noone ever has any ideas or thoughts of me....

Awww, sorry you have to deal with that....I know its not the same, but maybe send them an email suggesting you all go to dinner??

awww i think maybe with the holiday madness things are hectic and they havent had a time to even think about it. I am sure they're not doing anything intentional, just with the holidays coming up probably they are running around like crazy having to do x-mas shopping or planning for the holidays.

i know doesnt make it better for you. Did you have a bp? bc if so most ppl i know just do that and dont do like a dinner right before or anything so probably why they didnt think of it

I am in the same boat!!! My MOH is not my MOH anymore. My BMs are all *** and I am so tired of bending over backwards for everyone and then when it is my time I get no support. I know exactly what you are going through. I am hoping that after the holidays are over, they will be around. I wouldnt get upset about it. It is about you and FH. That is it. Everyone else can F off. JMO

you cant expect your friends to read your mind either... they prob feel that you're stressed for time and its prob better to leave you alone to do your thing... make any sense? oh yeah, and being that it is around the holidays... they are prob more concerned about getting those last min gifts and baking/cooking for xmas ... and its ok... they are allowed to be that way... they have lives too

I agree. Whats hard is sometimes we forget that other people aren't in mode like we are..which is why LIW is so helpful..b/c I think my friends are totally sick of hearing about my wedding-I was sick of theirs! Its only normal. I think just concentrate on you and your hubby, thats what's most important.

it looks like u need some LIW girls to go out and party!

I agree. agreed...in the end its about you and your husband...the smaller wedding around the holidays is probably tough for them to be around for and since you are having another wedding they probably feel like thats the 'real deal' if that makes any sense? DOnt worry about it!
