As most of you know, I am getting married at The Garden City Hotel in June of next year and I am getting married in the room on the mezzanine level called the Societe Suite. On a Saturday evening in June, the minimum for the Grand Ballroom is 200-225 guests, and we are looking to have around 130 guests, so we fit perfectly in the Societe Suite. Howeverrrrrr, I have never seen pics from an actual wedding in my room and it really stinks bc I'm really dying to see it set up as a wedding and see people in it. But I cannot find one person who has been married there. I know you girls are great so if ANY of you can find a bride (or groom) who has been married at The GCH please let me know and I will FM you my contact info so I can chat with them and maybe see a picture or two. Awww thanks a lot - The GCH site has one pic of each room and it is small so I spoke with my BM and they sent over this great photo, but I'd love to see a series of photos from an actual wedding there. But thank you anyway!!

Oh my gosh you are such a sweetheart!!! Unfortunately these are pictures of the main Grand Ballroom which is not the room I am using bc it is a bit too large for my wedding but you are so so sweet for even checking for me!!!

Let me ask a guy at work - I know that his sister got married there (granted, this was about 10 years ago, so if they've renovated since, then her photos wouldn't be of any help). I'm not sure which room she was in; I'm thinking it was the larger one, but it never hurts to ask! I'll let ya know!

hmm... what about the other suggested photogs, can you pretend you are looking for a photog and see if they have any albums? Can GCH give you any info on the last couple to get married in that room?

Hmmmm those are both good ideas. The only problem with the recommended photog is that I don't really have time to meet with them since I am moving to Florida in less than two weeks to start med school... but perhaps they would email me some photos! And I can see what The GCH says about the last couple and see if I can get any info. Thanks so much for all your ideas!!

Just asked my coworker - sorry, can't help you his sister got married in the larger room.
Does the GCH have photo albums you can look at? I know that when I went looking at RH's, some had multiple albums to look through.
