Can someone answer this stupid question for me?

I am looking to order my Unity Candle and I do not know if I need JUST the Unity candle and the 2 tapers or if I need to buy the stand for the candles. I am thinking I need the stand as well but want to make sure before I order.
TIA

Most are just the candles....

FYI - most dollar stores have nice holders...as do craft stores...for a lot less!

So I do not need holders for them? You think my church provides that?

I would get a cheap candle holder...I'm not sure if the church would have it...I misunderstood....when you order, most don't include the stands/holders...sorry about that!

what is the unity candle?

The Unity Candle

When the Unity Candle is lit by the wedding couple, it symbolizes the merger of two lives into one.

When the Unity Candle is lit by a member of the couple's families (in many cases the mothers of the Bride and Groom, it symbolizes the joining of two families as well as the unity of the couple in marriage.

Regardless of who lights the candle, It is also considered a transfer of commitment from the families of the couple to a new commitment of the couple to establish a new family.

I think you need a holder...I'm thinking of checking out Michael's or AC Moore for something inexpensive.

My church told me not to bring holders, just the candles. Every church may be different, I would ask.
