Can someone help me fix the volume on my laptop?

Can someone help me fix the volume on my laptop?

Its brand new. I even went into settings and made sure its on high. Its not on mute. I dont know what else to try. TIA!!!

Edited to say it worked last night and this morning I went to use it and it wont work.

right click my computer and select properties
click on hardware, then device manger. and tell me if there are any ! or X on anything

you can also hit the + sign next to sound
