Can someone help me with menus

I would like to do menus and have no idea where to start, does anyone have a template??

i'm working on mine now and it's at home. i'll post a pic as soon as i get home tonight.

it's really not hard. i'm making mine in ms word.

first, figure out what you want on them, monograms, names, dates, anything...theme.....then figure uot what fonts look best with what you want....even if you LOVE particular font, some menus need something else...you know? if you have TONS of info to put on, big swirly fonts are not going to work.

then decide what size/shape

once you figure out what you want them to looklike, ti's much easier to work from there. mine are in an album marked 'menus, programs...' i made them from an invitation kit to avoid cutting anything or an additional trip to kinkos for cutting.

to create the monogram.

in word. you create a text box. you type the info you want (monogram). you then set it as a watermark, and move it behind text

Where is a good place to get paper? I have the menu pretty much done but don't know where to get paper for it!

Question for you Christine - for the C & R & Viola in the background - did you set that up as a watermark or something else to get it to print that way???
