Can Someone please BUMP the post...

..about cancelling vendors more than 6 months out and getting most of your money back? I remember seeing a topic on here recently about a bride possibly changing her RH and getting her deposit back from the original RH. Someone said Suffolk County law stated if it's in Suffolk and before the 6 months mark, you could get all your money back except a small fee (something like $100)? Can anyone find that thread? Or does someone have the link to the website? It's not for me, but a friend needs to cancel his wedding and this would be SUPER helpful as he was paying for all of it himself!
