Can someone please explain

does it have something to do with carb's or calories?

both of them have no carbs and no calories, that's why Im wondering what the difference is.

I think Diet Coke uses aspartame and Coke Zero uses an aspartame and acesulfame potassium blend. Supposedly the 'blend' gives a unique taste.

Pepsi One uses Splenda! I def. want to try that! (coke is coming out with one using splenda soon too!)

The Diet Coke with Splenda is already out... I think its gross, but that is because it tastes a LOT like regular Coke and I don't care for the taste of Coke

I really see NO difference, taste wise, between D.Coke w/Splenda and Coke Zero .. Dh and I bought one bottle of each and kept swtiching them around and they are practically identical

I haven't tried the Diet Pepsi w/Splenda (Pepsi One) BUT I hope its good because I'm not digging all these diet coke products at all!

flee, did you think diet coke with splenda tasted like diet coke with lemon?? i had it last week and i'm sure it was just diet coke w/splenda, but every time i drank it i checked the bottle to make sure....weird

Actually I really like regular ol Diet Coke and Pepsi - but I was still hoping the Splenda one would be good. I HATE Diet Coke with Lime - ICK!

A friend of mine works for Coca Cola -

Coke Zero is supposed to TASTE like regular coke, not like a normal diet soda. (Compare to Pepsi ONE - only better, 'cause Pepsi ONE has 1 calorie - Coke Zero has none.)

ahh.I'm So confiuuded betyween diet coke, coke zzero and diet cole with splenda.

And isn't all diet soda SUPPOSED to taste like regular? I tried the splenda one. it was pretty good

Okay - that makes a little more sense now.

Pepsi one tastes great, I like it better than diet coke or diet pepsi so maybe I'll like the Coke Zero.
