Can someone please explain to me what a trunk show is?
I keep hearing this term and I don't totally get what its all about.

It's when a specific designer is showcased at the bridal salon. Usually that designer or someone for that design house is there that day. And they usually give you some sort of discount if you buy that designer that day.

I disagree. If you love a certain designer, it is definitely worth it to buy your dress at a trunk show. You get a discount, and a rep or the desiger is there and they are more likely to throw in extras, like your veil, or even alterations to the dress.

I got my dress at one ....If you find a desinger that you like and you know that there having on and there is a dress that you want to see ...Call them and ask them to bring it cause they dont bring Everydress they have ...and if you order it that day they give you a GREAT price ...My dress was 2,000 but since I got it that day I paid 695.00 + tax!
