Would I pay a million, no way. But that is what its going for. Driven by what others would pay for a similiar house in the same area.
Just because a homes furnishings and decor are dated has nothing to do with the structure and property. You're not buying someone elses taste, you have to look beyond that as hard as it might be!![]()
