what order the bridal party walks in...i have junior bridesmaids, bms, flowergirls, and ringbearers and a moh...who goes first?

I have a stupid but related question...

Do the ring bearer and flowergirl walk together or each of them alone?

AND I was thinking the JR. BM went first.

i'm sooo lost when it comes to this stuff. You'd think I'd know after being in 10 weddings in my life.
