Yes I think so maybe but I'm leaving it because of their menu. I have seen it as 'a la' but that's more Spanish than Italian. I have also seen it 'alla'

There shouldn't be quotations around JARDINIERE; You're not quoting anything . I have a feeling that is the menu with which they supplied you, but the quotations do not belong there.

in the beef entree, you don't have an 'and' between the second to last and last item and you do in all the others
