Can we talk about the massive headache I have right now
I'm guessing it from the weather but my head is pounding and I can't seem to get rid of it. Taken stuff already, staying hydrated. Oy Vey!

Try taking some sudafed as well... if all you've taken is tylenol or advil or something similar.

OHH NOO - i have a sinus pressure headache and its f'n killing me. The whole left side of my head is pounding!!!
Wet a tea bag and pit it over your top row of teeth under your lip - that helps stop a bloody nose.
