Re: Can you breathe in your dress???
My dress was soo tight by the last fitting. The last few days before the wedding you are doing so much running around that you lose some weight. By the wedding the dress fit me perfect. I wouldn't worry that much.

Re: Can you breathe in your dress???
I had a corset underneath mine and I was practically crying at my fittings, because I felt like I couldnt take a breath. But at the wedding I didnt even notice it...guess I was just preoccupied with other things that it didnt even occur to me to breathe!

Re: Can you breathe in your dress???
Through all my fittings my dress was tight on top, on the day of my wedding the top was loose and we had to pin it to my long-line bra. No idea why this happened but I was much happier that I could breathe easily.

it may be better that way - i know you are really tiny, so you dont want to be pulling it up all night - maybe after wearing it for like an hour it will stretch a little?

This was totally true for me, I think I lost a few pounds in the last few days from hardly eating! Mine was a corset but I asked them to get it as tight as they could since I figured it would loosen a tad throughout the night. It ended up being perfect!

Re: Can you breathe in your dress???
I totally couldn't breathe! I had a corset dress and my MOH laced it up a little too tight. It was ok when i was standing up, but sitting down was unbearable! I needed to almost lay down in the limo, i felt like my ribs were breaking. Once i got to the hall it wasn't that bad. I should've had her loosen it though, oh well!

Well I was able to breathe before I just gained a few pounds, so hopefully I'll lose a few before then and it will be perfect.

Re: Can you breathe in your dress???
I couldn't breathe in my dress after it was taken in and I said sorry you gotta take it out - I couldn't really sit or anything with out feeling pinched. She took it out but very angrily but I was comftable. One wedding I went to the dress was so tight on the girl she fainted while she was dancing - don't wnat that!

I cannot. BUt, I heard if your dress is strapless it loosens throughout the day. you dont want it to fall off!

Re: Can you breathe in your dress???
it was definitely snug, but bearable. it did loosen up a bit after dancing, but by the end of the night, after eating and drinking alot, i couldn't wait to unzip it and take a full breath.
ETA: even though it was snug, i still had to keep picking it up. i had the top taken in to be really tight, but since it was strapless it still kept falling a little.
