just curious, we bd everyother day during o week but should we be doing 'it' all month long like this, sorry if this sounds silly.

i don't think so...i think you can only during your peak ovulation days which are 2 days per month...and even then the conditions have to be perfect....
but I could be wrong!

That's how I got pregnant! We BD every other day during my O week. The first month we did it every day! That didn't work out though, so we tried every other day and POOF~preggo!!!

You can only get pregnant during ovulation time but your ovulation can vary from month to month. So unless your charting your ovulation date or taking tests it's possible that you could be off on when you are ovulating.

Also, though, sperm can live, I think for up to 6 days inside the body, so if you BD before O time, i think you can still get PG, which is why they say during AF is not a 'Safe' time if you're T NOT TC, because if you BD on, say day 4, and then you ovulate afew days early, on day 10, you could get PG.
