I'm not sure how fancy of a RD dress you want but I would start with:
Macy's, Saks, Bloomies, Ann Taylor Loft, Burlington's, Lord & Taylor
I found mine totally by chance at Burlington Coat Factory on 23rd and 6th. I was looking for something for my aunt and saw my RH dress there in my wedding colors! And the price was RIGHT!

Well, it's not in the city, but I love the dresses from Victoria's Secret. The only bad thing is you can only order their clothing online or thru the catalog so leave extra time in case you have to exchange or return.

I was going to suggest victoria secrets also, my 'surprise shower' (my family isn't good at keeping anything a secret) is this weekend and I ordered a dress from VS on Wed and recieved it today!
