I am planning on talking with elaine deluca - anuy other recommendations fro wedding cosulatants

Also as for photoghaphers can you recommend some that are good - and the perso you used -thanks

My fiance and I met with Rosalie Kolarik of Expressions (she's a vendor here) yesterday and were absolutely thrilled with her. She is very sweet and spent alot of time talking to us even though it was only a consultation. We are going to use her. I'm getting married next month, so I can fill you in afterwards.

we are using Fantasia Studios , They were highly recomended from friends and my cousin , there pictures are beautiful you should definately check them out, They recommended laurie from the brides choice , she is coordinating our wedding , check out www.fantasiaweddingcenter.com and as for laurie her # is718-208 9232

My friend is planning on using Laura from LAProductions. She is not as expensive as most, I think $350 for 7 hours. She has lots of experience dealing with people and weddings and she took a lot of time to explain what she does. She'll come to the house the wedding day and make sure all of us girls and the vendors have done everything. Then she'll leave the house early and go to the church. That is important because you won't see the church til you walk in. I know some girls hire people who want to do 10 or 12 hours and they charge much more, but you really may not need more than 7 hours if you are having a maitre'd at your reception. Once the cocktail hour is over and the room is set up, he will be taking care of all the details with the staff and timing the dinners. Your musicians will have their way of timing everything too. You need to trust your other vendors also. I even read on here that one caterer got insulted that the bride wanted an outside coordinator and said that is the job of the maitre'd and why did she feel he wouldn't do it right. I think you should find Laura's number on here quite easily.

As for photographer, my friend is using Cassarino. So far she is very happy with him but we won't know how the pictures look til after the wedding.

I hve talked to a lot of day planners and havent picked one yet ... try Rosalik from Expressions, Laura from LA Production and Jennifer from Tying the Knot.

Also, check out Silverfox and Twelth Night for photographer. Duet was great 2

Five minutes later, THE SAME DAY on another thread, she's already using Rosalie something... and she's reasonable, wonderful and the greatest!

Five minutes later, another 'wonderful, amazing...' for Rosalie.

Either this person really moves fast or she thinks we are really stupid. No matter how good Rosalie may or may not be at what she does, I'm not impressed! 'BitterApple' should be smarter in slipping in plugs for herself.

I did a search, i didn't take time ot notice they were 5 minutes apart. Why are we subjected to this all the time?

when the girls on here find out there is a suspicious person you can fm the board adminstrator to check it out.. they can then pull the account if someone was misrepresenting themselves... vendors arent allowed to post on the bhb board..
