copy whatever is in the address line of your browser when you are looking at the picture, then post a message here and click the button on the left that says insert link - paste what was in the address line, and you should have posted a link to it. That may be the easiest ... hope that helped

if you want to show the exact picture.
Right click on the picture.
At the bottom of the box, click on properties
Copy the address

Then come back here, an under 'insert web image' (to the left of the screen).

Done
