they are online too
but they take a week to mail it

yes you should be able too. I have to pick up FI's. He has to get a notorized letter allowing me to pick it up.

I had to get my BC a few years ago....went to the Dept of Health in the city......I was in and out in 15 min. with raised seal BC in hand

Definatly check out the website it should be helpful for all your questions, especially if you have to pick up DH's and he wont be with you

DH was able to get it from NYC very easy...and they FedExed it to him (even when we were in Queens)
