Between these two colors???? I am getting Bill Levkoff Euro Wine for my BM's dresses and I found this FH dress that is similar but I am not sure if you can tell the difference between the two. I can get the dress for 50% off too, so it would totally work out if the dress matched. What do you think???
Honestly? Yes I can tell the difference and if you are taking pictures inside, the camera lights will pick it up. I am picky like that. It would bother me.
ETA: I meant the above only if you were to combine the two dresses. If not then I say go for it!

It's close but not exactly the same, the FG dress looks slightly lighter.

I can tell, but I don't think anyone will notice especially if your reception is at night....
I personally don't care. My girls will probably be in different shades of burgundy because I found junior bridesmaid dresses for $45! so, I would rather people didn't have to spend a lot of money than worry about what shade of the same color it is. Please...there are so many more important things to dwell on.

when the dresses are side by side yeah you can see a slight difference, but i think its fine

The colors are so close and the dress is such a deal. The store has it on hold for me and I called my FH's motehr to see if she thinks she will fit in it in a year. I think she will, but better safe than sorry. I dont think that anyone will really notice the color difference. My FH's cousin got married last weekend and she had the FG's dresses made somewhere in NJ and the BM's dreses were from NY..nobody noticed

since it's the FG dress, no big deal! if it was for only one of your BMs, i'd say don't do it.
i was at a wedding 2 weeks ago where the MOH's color didn't match the BMs exactly and the world didn't end! it looked nice in fact

i fourth it - seriously not a big enought difference to make my own OCD issues come up. and with all the $$ involved in weddings, take the discounts where you can get them!
