Canadian honeymoon?

My FH hates the sand, beach and the heat. I like summer, but can't stand to be out in the heat too much. We are outdoorsy type people, love to camp and be outside, so we are thinking of going to Montana (to visit Yellowstone and Glacier National Park and to kayak, fish, hike, etc) or to Banff, Alberta or Vancouver, British Columbia.

Has anyone been to any of these places? I would like to stay in a cabin with a hot tub on the outdoor deck (would be so amazing I think, to be on the deck in the woods ... ) but not a chinzy place .. would LOVE something that is somewhat luxury (spa on premises would be fantastic for me).

Any ideas?? If anyone has been to one or more of these areas and can recommend one over the other, I'd love to hear your story!

The Pacific Northwest, gets my vote !!! If you travel to Vancouver, Ca, ...you can spend time in Victoria and the San Juan Islands, as well. There is a gorgeous rainforest several hours north of Seattle ...and an abundant of amazing places that are just like you describe. And of course Mt. Rainier is there, which is the highest mountain we have in the mainland of the US.
