I'm sorry this happened to you. That should just make you feel better that you decided to go with someone else!

not really upset or anything, i showed FH the email he was like who cares, we arent using her anyway, but still, you would think you would want to leave off on a good note... oh well..

You would think so, so that in the future you might decide to use them again but i guess they don't care.

wow that's unprofessional of them to do. I bet you're even happier that you decided to cancel them

oh by far - i wasnt going to be guilted into using her, with the 'oh i passed on so many people for your date, and i missed out booking them' well hope you kept their numbers, my wedding is on PALM SUNDAY next year - not exactly memorial day weekend. ya kno

Do not feel bad. They will get over it. Just think about how happy you are with your new vendor and the great sense of relief you must feel that you click well with you vendor.

the email was just so rude - FYI i booked 2 weeks ago for a YEAR in advance - for PALM SUNDAY - not a 'big' date - not during the 'season' either - and it was how i am liable since i signed a contract (guess it wasnt read because no where does it say that i would lose anything other than my deposit) oh yea she refused to take a deposit.. so whos fault is that?

omg . . . thats terrible!! I would be so upset - thats the very reason I am soo afraid to cancel vendors after they have been booked. I'm sorry that happened to you.

i was upset earlier, but i would have no problem telling everyone about the experience, because i would hate for anyone to have to go thru that with a vendor... what a nightmare

I know you can't post who the vendor was but can you tell us what kind of vendor it was? Or can you FM me?
