I am looking for a photographer with a candid / photojournalism style.
The wedding is out east on LI, but I also want the photog to take my engagement photos in NYC.
And...I need a videographer to boot!
Tall order! Any suggestions?

THOMAS PAUL. $5K for both including tax, GREAT package with prints cd's and albums. Check out his site. He doesn't have the video on there, but it was totally more than acceptable.
And I am using Orange Films for my video. Edward is awesome!!!

I'm using Edward Cassella photography. He is amazing. He photojournalist is fantastic. He also does video....that is to die for! His whole package is just spectacular!!! If you want more info about the package and the price FM me.

There's a women in Southold.....Sherry Pickerell who is fantastic!!!! She's really sweet as well and totally awesome pics!!! I had a couple of friends who used her and were super super please!! check out her website

My photographer, Joel Greenberg & Wendy Stewart Photography, is shooting my LI wedding as well as the engagement session in lower Manhattan. Plus, the session is included!
I also recommend my videographer, Orange Films!

I want the same style (candid/photojournalistic)! Right now I have my eye on Kristina Hill Photography. She has been recommended on this site. I'm stalking her blog right now and waiting a bit to book. When I sent an inquiry, she had a videographer she worked with whose work was also great. The two together come in under $5000 - which is pretty good. I'm also going to check out the others recommended on here though!

We used Paul Marino because we wanted a mix of traditional and photojournalistic shots. We were very happy with how our pictures came out. My only problem now is narrowing down the pictures to use for our album. I want to use them all!
