Here's what Im thinking of doing, Im too crazy about doing the whole flower traditional centerpiece, I want Pillar candles with a bed of rose petals--A florist gave me a quote of $50 for each table, Do you agree that with Michaels and AC Moore coupons I can probably do this cheaper and have it look just as good???? Can you please post pics of these also!!!!!! THANKS!!!!

Yeah, that seems like a lot of money. You're probably better off doing something like that yourself.

I am sure you can get supplies cheap...but who will transport, delivery and set them all up for you? Also will you do fresh rose petals or silk? Just something to think about!

Thats the only thing Im worried about, whos gonna do it? Maybe i can ask someone im close with thats not in my bridal party, and I was thinking with the rose petals, Im gonna ask for a big basket of real rose petals from whichever florist we'll be using.

My step-sister bought all of the supplies herself and then the florist set them up and sprinkled the petails on the table for her. Maybe that's an option.
Also, do you have a DOC? She would be able to set them up too.

You can do much better and I think DIY would be cheaper. Buy a few items from the craft store and see how you like it. Artifical flowers can look very realistic too. Shop around. You could probably go to a whole sale place & buy the fresh petals for less too. I think you would just run into a storing problem, so they don't wilt.
Good Luck!!!

Thats sucha great idea, asking the florist to do it! No I do not have a DOC, I wish I did sometimes!
