Ok - So I need to get 2 pillar candles (3 x 9) or (3 x 6) and about 8-10 votives for my tables.
All my linens are ivory...
I can't seem to find ivory pillars for a good price and votives....
Should I just suck it up and order white ones from cudge.net???
I know that the lights will be dimmed in the reception hall but will it be obvious if the candles are stark white?
What do you ladies think???

If they are going to be dimmed ALL night then thats no problem... but how long will they be dimmed? IMO Iwould keep looking for ivory candles- Did you try Michaels or Joann's in West Babylon? A.C. Moore? Hope that was of some help!

A friend of mine is doing all candle CPs for her Oct wedding- she bought all her candles at Dollar Tree in Commack last week! They had a great selection.

Ok I am a candle junky!!! Some people collect cats, I collect candles
I would try places like target, walmart, etc for cheap candles. If you don't care if they smell or not, I think places like that are your best bet. You can also get great deals at any craft store
Also try the candle clearance sections of Bed Bath & Beyond, you might find some things there.

I think that it may be a detail that your guest will not notice, even if they do, how will thay know that you didn't want white? It is a wedding... I'd save the money & order from crudge net

I got Ivory pillar candles at michales... $3 for 9 inch, $2 for 6 inch and $1 for 3 inch...
