If you are using any, say on your table or the cake table, who puts them out, lights them? Who do you give them to, the florist, drop them off at the hall?
Matre'd and staff do all of that and you bring them several days before with everything else that needs to be dropped off at the hall.

either one will do it. ur florist may charge, but just ask
My florist said he would put them out no charge if I provided them. He also said providing the candles myself would save me money. I went so candle-crazy, I'm not so sure anymore!
