for those of you who are planning on doing a candy bar, when during the reception to you plan on having it set up? will it be out for the entire reception or will there be a point towards the end of the night (like dessert) that you will have it set up and then an announcement made to the guests??

Re: candy bar
I am planning on having one but i don't know how it works - i would think during dessert, but I was thinking it would have to be set up before hand and be out the whole time. I am meeting with my rehearsal hall i plan on booking on thursday so i can ask them than and let you know. I actually think it would give a nice look though if it was out the whole time, but if you were having kids there they might be in it the whole time.

Re: candy bar
we may have one, we're not sure, but i would ask the RH when they normally set it up or what the suggest. also depends on your guests, i know my family wouldnt leave the candy alone, so i would probably wait to have it set up lol

Re: candy bar
if i had a candy bar i would have it out during dessert. I wouldnt want my guests over at the candy table all night long. We are most likely not doing one only because we are having a vienesse hour and there are just too many desserts, plus i believe there already is a candy cart included in our vienesse hour, but otherwise i would have loved to have one, they look so nice and are very creative

Re: candy bar
we are going to have a candy bar...it is going to go out during the vienesse hour so everyone can then get a baggie and fill it up or just stuff their faces right there lol
best idea is to have it displayed later on in the night...
