Just wondering if any one is doing a candy bar, and if so how much did you budget for it and where are you getting the candy, bags, jars, etc.

I am. i purchased all of my jars from ac moore, walmart and michaels. i got my candy boxes from papermart.com. i plan on getting candy from a few different places...bj, candywarehouse.com and other smaller places right after halloween.
I plan on selling all of them plus their scoopes right after the wedding

They were bought for my e party. You can have them do it or just buy the wrappers and do it yourself.

Panamasweet - FH is still making up his mind about the candy bar but I will def contact you after your wedding!! Oh and how much candy are you going to buy? After Halloween is a great idea to go shopping- so many sales!

Not sure how much was spent, but FSIL/FBIL did one for their wedding and it was great! They did different candies but then also made homemade treats like chocolate covered oreos and little brownies and stuff.

Oh yea I did get a couple from Ikea also. Let me know. I have to buy many many lbs of candy because we are using the candy as our favor. Right now I really have no idea how many lbs, i just know ALOT.
