So, I am planning on doing a candy buffet at my wedding for when guests leave to fill up a bag and take home with them. I am curious if anyone has ideas or has done it before...Does someone from the catering hall stand there to refill the candy in case it runs out? What have other people done?

My sister and I actually had candy buffets for our sweet 16's. We kept the extra candy under the buffet table and an employee would stand at the table and refill the candy as necessary.
