How is or did everyone do this? The tag that is usually wrapped around with ribbon???

I DIY'ed these:
Card stock + printed on a different color card stock taped together and then glued them on the ribbon.
Throughout the night I think the glue started getting a bit funky, so I'd recommend finding a better way to glue or tape the paper to the ribbon.

i was planning on doing it very similarly, but gluing the ribbon onto the bottom cardstock and then gluing the top (printed) cardtock on top so that the ribbon is in between the 2 cardstocks

the cardstock might wrap funny if it has the ribbon between. try it out, but i think you might be better off attaching the ribbon and then glueing cardstock on top of the ribbon
