Candy Table

Candy Table

Hi girls!!!

I am debating on either having a candy table or giving out an edible favor. My RH is providing one dessert and the cake. So I do not feel like it is enough.

I was wondering what you girls think and what you are doing... TIA

I think you could go either way. The reason I would vote The Candy Bar over the edible favor is at least you will be able to provide a variety of different things for the guest to choose. If you do just one kind of edible favor, maybe not even one will like it. But do your math because a candy bar can add up pretty fast (especially once you start adding up all that candy).

We're going to be doing a candy buffet for the e-party, I think it's a great idea

i think what's already provided is enough, but if you want them to be able to have something to take away from it... then i think the candy bar is a great idea~

I would do the candy table, but my family are sugaraholics. We are having one because FH is jewish (favors are not traditional), and I am not. With the choices, I think you have a better chance of everyone getting something they want.

I say do both- a candy table and cookie favor or something. They are different kinds of desserts and I love candy tables. We're having a ginormous one!

I love the idea of a candy table. My FH wants one but I'm cheap! lol. I'm also doing Fat Witch brownies although my RH has a sort of a Viennese hr after w brandy etc.

Only the best brownies ever mmmm lol

I know! I'm thinking of ordering some online right now..you know...as research...lol.

They're from a bakery in NYC. There's a little witch in them and I thought it would work well with my love of Halloween.

I am doing a candy buffet as my favors but i am also putting a piece of cake in cake boxes and putting it on each place setting. This will be in addition to the wedding cake and they also get a desert after dinner. It is alot of sweets but they can take it home with them
